Inuyasha

Kagome is a 15 year-old girl who lives in modern Japan, but she finds herself in an old version of Japan. She was attacked, and she soon learned not only that she had the Jewel of Four Souls, which was actually inside her body but also that she was the reincarnation of Kikyo ( the woman that guarded the jewel and died soon after she put an enchantment on a demon named Inuyasha).
Kagome accidentally awakens and frees Inuyasha who wants the jewel to become a full demon, but she hits the jewel by mistake and the pieces are shattered. Consequently, she and Inuyasha must work together to find all the pieces before other demons find and use them. Only Kagome can feel the pieces’ presence, but Inuyasha is powerful enough to get them from the demons or people who have them. As a result, Inuyasha, Kagome, and other friends, who they meet along the way, battle Naraku (an evil demon who wants to destroy Inuyasha) in a race to restore the jewel before Naraku can use it for himself.
